This unique DC landmark was designed in 1890 and is two blocks away from both the Ford’s Theatre and the Verizon Center, as well as Metro Center and Gallery Place; connecting it to every metro line in the DMV. It has one of the original and oldest functioning open-cage passenger elevators in the country.
Prequel has a 3,000 square foot kitchen and offers four event spaces, and a VIP lounge for private dining, business functions or personal celebrations. Each room has A/V capabilities.
